A fantastic fantasy series where a young apothecary called Maomao ends up in the rear palace of the empire she lives in, having to navigate life there without catching the eyes of anyone important. Miserably failing at that, she soon finds herself embroiled in palace intrigue and many a medical mystery as she works closely with Jinshi, an important eunuch in the palace. Below here you will find my recaps of the third season episodes as they come out each weeks.
